Project Manager

Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project from project award to completion. PM is responsible for ensuring client requirements and company standards are met or exceeded. PM must be able to oversee technical responsibilities as well as global management of the project. PM must be able to work in a team environment and give a clear directive to the overall project team while developing good working relationships with clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and employees.

  • 1. Experience in Project Management in Commercial Construction
  • 2. Ability to read structural steel shop drawings
  • 3. Ability to read Architectural and Structural plans Coordinate shop drawings with in-house engineering department or modeling sub-contractor
  • 4. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • 5. Experience in structural steel projects
  • 6. Experienced with Construction Scheduling
  • 7. Solid teamwork background
  • 8. Planning, directing, and coordinating of Structural Steel Project
  • 9. Development of Pre-Construction and Erection Schedules
  • 10. Overseeing the construction workers and their immediate supervisors
